Our mission
To give every Filipino business the clarity and control that until now only large companies could afford.
Nine in ten Filipino businesses still run on paper, chat threads and memory — not because owners resist technology, but because the technology was never built for them. Synco exists to close that gap.
Why we started
Foreign platforms are powerful, but they are priced in dollars, take weeks of setup, and assume a back office most Filipino businesses do not have. Local point solutions each fix one thing and leave the owner reconciling between them.
We started Synco from the counter, not the boardroom — sitting with owners through opening, restocking, payroll day and month-end close. What we kept hearing was not a request for more features. It was a request for one place where everything finally agrees.

Our mission
To give every Filipino business the clarity and control that until now only large companies could afford.
Our vision
A generation of MSMEs that grow on evidence — with records strong enough to earn credit, partners and scale.
We fit the way a business already works before we ask it to change anything.
If it needs training to understand, it is not finished. Plain language, plain screens.
Money moves through licensed providers. Records hold up when an agency or lender asks.
Pakyaw payroll, utang, brownouts, GCash — the realities, not the exceptions.
Where we are
Months spent inside real operations — retail counters, service bays, kitchens — mapping the daily loop end to end.
Live with pilot partners on operations, services and pricing, cash and daily reconciliation.
Widening access sector by sector, with onboarding support in Filipino and pricing built for small margins.
Turning clean operating history into the proof businesses need for credit and expansion.
A small Manila team of operators, engineers and designers.
Vision, partnerships and growth
Platform, security and offline sync
Product design and field research
Brand, marketing and onboarding
